Maintenance plans

Great for clients who are planning on being out of town and need their containers cared for.

Covers watering, fertilizing, inspecting plants and replacing dead plants* if necessary.

*Excludes trees & shrubs. Improper care voids the replacement policy and the client will be responsible for the cost of replacement plants as determined at the discretion of the container designer.

Covers inspection of plants and troubleshooting plant health. Includes labor associated with repair or replacement. Materials and plants are not included in this hourly price and will be charged separately.

Due to the nature of our service, no refunds or reimbursements will be given.  After the containers have been planted, proper maintenance is the responsibility of the client unless a maintenance plan has ben contracted.  House calls to inspect and trouble shoot plant health will be subject to the rate of $75/hour. Plant replacement and any needed materials will be charged separately.  If you have any questions about this policy, please contact us directly at info@pottedposies.com. 

Based on our consultation, I pick out containers that best suit your outdoor space. I will send links to purchase directly to you and then either coordinate purchasing or have you click to buy your desired container. This fee will be added to your final hourly installation rate.

Can include Porch and/or Patio decorations to reflect the seasons (i.e. pumpkins, halloween, winter/christmas..). Storage is the responsibility of the client. 

Need help picking out coordinating pieces for your porch or patio? This is where I come in. We establish needs and desires through a free consultation and then I work with you to pick pieces.

From start to finish, I will come up with ideas (including decor) within your predetermined budget.
