Service Policy

Due to the nature of our service, no refunds or reimbursements will be given.  After the containers have been planted, proper maintenance is the responsibility of the clients unless a maintenance plan has ben contracted.  House calls to inspect and trouble shoot plant health will be subject to the rate of $60/hour.
